Almas and his team are very professional, reliable and also very friendly and welcoming. We used their private transfer services 4 times for short and long distances day and night and were always on time. We also booked 2 tours (Coffee Farm and hot springs) and a safari (Arusha National Park) through them which were all fantastic! Definitely recommend using them when visiting the Kilimanjaro area.
